Reach your fitness goals quickly with personal training! Tina will motivate and support you through your fitness journey whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or feel healthy. She will provide a customized program and effective workouts based on your goals and train you in proper form and technique to maximize results and aid in your success. Tina offers 30 and 60 minute one-on-one training sessions either at her TrainerTina home studio in San Marcos, CA or in your own home.

 
Nutritional Consulting

Using a holistic approach to nutrition, restore your body’s natural health from the inside – out. Learn how food can be your medicine and your ticket to health and wellness. The consultation will include a thorough assessment of your overall health, including diet, medications, medical history, eating patterns, physical activity, stress level and emotional stability. Customized nutrition recommendations will be tailored to your specific needs to improve your current health conditions. With Tina’s guidance, you will gain the tools you need to succeed in looking a feeling your best!

 
Private Yoga Instruction

You will excel in your personal practice with private or semi-private yoga instruction. Here you will have the one-on-one attention and time that you need to ask questions and learn proper alignment with ease of movement. After your session, you will not only feel relaxed, but strong and balanced as well.
